1. Purpose

The purpose of this Agreement is to establish the terms under which the Referrer will refer to eSafety Supplies, with the understanding that eSafety Supplies will be the exclusive supplier of all safety equipment as per the referrals needs. 

Additionally, the Referrer will refer potential customers to the company in exchange for a rebate on qualifying purchases. 

2. Referral Process

• The Referrer will provide the company with contact information of potential customers and also general information on what is required. The platform in which this is provided on is powered by Referral Factory.

The Referral must ensure that the referred customer is aware of the referral and has agreed to be contacted by eSafety Supplies.

3. Rebate Structure

• For every successful referral that results in a sale, the Referrer will receive a 5% rebate on the total sale amount for the first order. First order only.
• The rebate will be calculated based on the net sale amount excluding taxes, shipping, and discounts.

4. Payment Terms

Rebates will be paid out within 30 days, following the end of each month, provided the preferred sales have been finalised.Rebates will be paid via a VISA Eftpos card.

5. Terms and Termination

This Agreement will commence on the date signed by the Referrer and will remain in effect until terminated by either party with 30 days written notice.eSafety Supplies reserves the right to terminate this Agreement immediately if the Referrer or Referee engages in any fraudulent or unethical behaviour. 

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all referral information confidential and not to disclose it to any third party without prior written consent. 

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales in which apply to this agreement.

8. Acceptance

By accepting the T&Cs, both parties agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. 

This Referral Agreement, made as of 28th of  October 2024 by and between 
eSafety Supplies, located at 37 Bentley Street, Wetherill Park NSW 2164, and 
("Referrer Name"), located at ("Address of Referrer's location").
